Refund Policy

Refund request deadline and rate
  • If requested up to 2 days prior to the training date → 100% refund
  • Requests made after D-1 (1 day prior, on the day of training) → No refund
Refund Request Procedure

  • We will process the card payment cancellation within 3 business days of receiving your request.
Important Notes
  • Partial refunds are not available, and full refunds are only possible if requested by D-2 days.
  • Requests made after D-1 (1 day prior, on the day of training) → No refund
  • If the training is canceled due to the instructor or internal circumstances, we will provide a separate notice regarding a full refund.
