Refund request deadline and rate
- If requested up to 2 days prior to the training date → 100% refund
- Requests made after D-1 (1 day prior, on the day of training) → No refund
Refund Request Procedure
- Kakao Channel “UTTU(UTTUPlease let us know your intention to request a refund via 1:1 chat or phone (070-4647-3378).
- We will process the card payment cancellation within 3 business days of receiving your request.
Important Notes
- Partial refunds are not available, and full refunds are only possible if requested by D-2 days.
- Requests made after D-1 (1 day prior, on the day of training) → No refund
- If the training is canceled due to the instructor or internal circumstances, we will provide a separate notice regarding a full refund.
