The fashion industry has long focused on technology to make things better. However, the industry is recently posing a new question: How can finished clothes be disassembled and recycled? Today, I would like to introduce Disassembly Technology, a new buzzword in sustainable fashion. ‘Disassembly’ is more important than assembly. While the clothing industry has consistently developed technologies to increase production efficiency, an approach that considers the post-production stage is now becoming crucial.
