You can only verify using the information you entered when signing up.
- Mobile Phone Verification: Enter your name and mobile phone number, then verify your full ID by verifying your identity using a mobile phone registered under your name.
- Email Verification: Enter your name and email, then check the ID sent to the email address registered in your member information.
2. Find Password
You can only verify using the information you entered when signing up.
- Mobile Phone Identity Verification: Enter ID and Name, then Search by Mobile Number Registered in Your Name > Enter Verification Code, then Change to New Password
- Email Verification: Enter your name and email address, then a verification code will be sent to the email address registered in your member information > Enter the verification code to change to a new password
